Use of the Site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not use this site to harass, defame, or harm others, or to transmit spam or malicious content.

Booking Calls

When you book a 30-minute call, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or provide 24 hours notice to cancel. You agree to your selected content consent preference, which will be honored exactly as chosen.

Memberships & Billing

The Fan tier is free and only needs an account. Paid memberships (Insider, $9/month; Crashout All-Access, $25/month) require your own login and are billed monthly by card through Stripe, starting the day you subscribe and renewing automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars; any applicable tax is shown at checkout.

You can change plans, update your card, or cancel at any time from the Account page ("Manage / cancel membership"), which opens your secure Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep member access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, access is paused until the card is updated.

Members-only content is provided as it is released and may change over time. We do not issue refunds for partial months. If something went wrong with a charge, email hello.crashoutbaby@gmail.com and we will make it right.

One-Time Support & Other Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. One-time support contributions and Anchor Point Media service payments are non-refundable as they go directly toward production and project costs.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship agreements are formalized via a separate written agreement between Anchor Point Media and the sponsoring party. Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a binding agreement.

Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Anchor Point Media name, Crashout brand, logo, and episode content — is the property of Anchor Point Media. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

Recordings & Consent

Calls may be recorded only with your explicit consent as indicated on your booking form. Anchor Point Media will strictly adhere to the consent level you select.

Limitation of Liability

Anchor Point Media is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
